William Henry Cosby Jr. (born July 12, 1937) is an American stand-up comedian, actor and author, best known for creating and starring in Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids and The Cosby Show. In 2014, Cosby became the subject of numerous sexual assault allegations which became highly publicized during the Me Too movement. In 2018, Cosby was convicted on three counts of aggravated indecent assault. He was imprisoned until the conviction was vacated in 2021 by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for violations of Cosby's due process rights.
Cosby has been parodied several times in Family Guy and The Cleveland Show. A real photograph of Cosby was used in the Family Guy fifteenth season episode "How the Griffin Stole Christmas", although he was uncredited.
