The Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory was the toy company owned by the later Jonathan Weed. Peter Griffin used to work as an assembly grunt for a long time, being there since 1977 as revealed in "One if by Clam, Two if by Sea", and worked there until he lost his job in "Mr. Saturday Knight" when Mr. Weed died and ordered the building to be shut down.

In the table draft for "A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas" - which in production order takes place before "Mr. Saturday Knight", hence it's placement here between seasons 2 and 3 - Mr. Weed made the workers work double shifts for a whole month in preparation for the Christmas holiday. An annoyed Peter tacks up a picture of his smushed face against glass on Mr. Weed's office door as a little smug payback.
