Oscar Greeley Clendenning Hammerstein II (July 12, 1895 – August 23, 1960) was an American lyricist, librettist, theatrical producer and director, best known for his collaborations with Richard Rodgers. With Jerome Kern, he co-wrote the song "The Last Time I Saw Paris", which was covered for the album Family Guy: Live in Vegas.
