History[edit | edit source]
A portion of the VHS tape that the pornographic film Assablanca was stored on was recorded over by an informational video about the Statue of Liberty.[1]
As a gift for Quagmire's wedding, Peter Griffin purchased the Statue of Liberty's right foot. Despite Quagmire's foot fetish, he did not accept the gift. Peter was angered at this as the process of getting the statue's foot was "staggering", costing him $437,000.[2]
When Peter was dressed in patriotic attire, Stewie referred to him as looking like "Statue of Liberty's pimp".[3]
In a universe where everything is depicted as a political cartoon from The Washington Post, Stewie hurriedly suggested leaving, stating: "Here comes an overweight cat with dollar signs for eyes and a hat that says social security pouring a bucket that says alternative minimum tax over sad a Statue of Liberty holding a democracy umbrella." After Brian seemingly found this humorous and that it ought to wake people up, Stewie told Brian to "shut the fuck up" and teleported the duo to an alternate universe.[4]
