Cleveland Orenthal Brown Sr. (born May 10, 1957) is the patriarch of the Brown family. He is a friend and neighbor of the Griffin family, Quagmire, and Joe who live on Spooner Street. He has a son, also named Cleveland, with his deceased ex-wife, Loretta.[2] For a time, he along with his son moved back to his hometown of Stoolbend, Virginia, where he also lived with his new wife, Donna Tubbs, and her two children, Roberta and Rallo.
