Ian Greenstein is Glenn Quagmire's Jewish lawyer/stockbroker.

Ian was hired at some point by Quagmire, but his job to Quagmire depends on the version of "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein"
In the original version, Ian was Quagmire's lawyer, and helped Quagmire get a stewardess to drop a paternity suit, and force her to pay Quagmire child support for Baby Doe (or Quagmire Jr. as Quagmire slips out), earning him a hefty sum of money. It's implied that in this version, Ian would help Quagmire with charges he would get with women he'd sleep with, get pregnant and want restitution for Quagmire abandoning them.[1]
In the finalized version, Ian is Quagmire's stockbroker, and got Quagmire a great amount of money through some investments that worked out.[2][3]
