Waylon Arnold Jennings (born Wayland Arnold Jennings; June 15, 1937 – February 13, 2002) was an American singer, songwriter and musician. He voiced The Balladeer, his character from The Dukes of Hazzard, in the Family Guy first season episode "Chitty Chitty Death Bang" and the third season episode "To Love and Die in Dixie".
