Due to the 2023 Writers Guild of America Strike, production of the season was halted for five months due to Richard Appel, Alec Sulkin and Seth MacFarlane temporarily leaving the show. As such, the season length was shortened from 20 episodes (which it's been from Season 14 to 21), to 15.
- This is the second season to have it's episodes produced and affected by a Writer's Strike. The first was Season 6.
